We are functional trainers that will not only help with your personal goals, but with your activities of daily living.
His & Her Fitness was designed to be a private studio with you, our valued client, in mind. Our goal is to make exercise and fitness a welcomed part of your routine. Beyond the one-on-one attention - everything in our studio, from iPod speakers to shower products, was selected to make your workout more convenient and pleasant.
Whether you're trying to lose weight, gain strenth or increase your health and confidence, His and Her Fitness is the place for you!

Building Strength and Endurance:
Two and a half years ago Bob H. couldn't do a single push up. Now, at 61 years-old, he can do 180 pushups and placed 5th in a 2007 5K run. He's in great shape thanks to his conditioning and cardio workouts!
Weight Loss:
Mary T., age 45, has lost 12 pant sizes and placed in the top 5 of a figure show! By increasing her metabolism through exercise, Mary feels and looks amazing!
Youth Training:
Today's teens don't always understand the importance of health and fitness. Too many temptations keep them from exercising and eating right. His and Her Fitness helped one Blue Valley High School teen lose 60 pounds! She loves the energy, confidence and better grades that she has gained!
